On Saturday, December 16, 2006, about forty 9/11 truth activists came out with the intent to expose the lies and omissions of the 9/11 Commission Report by passing out information to tourists and locals. Marking the 223 anniversary of the Boston Tea Party activists with fifes and drums marched from Pier 39 past curious onlookers to the end of the Municipal Pier at Aquatic Park. They then proceeded to dump the 9/11 Commission Report into the bay.

According to the latest polls, 62% of the American people believe that the official 9/11 story is fatally flawed or a deliberate lie. The events of 9/11 and the illegal, unilateral wars and unprecedented assaults on our constitutional rights and liberties here at home, justified by the events of that day, are at the very center of everyday life in America. The Venezuelan National Assembly is calling for an explanation of what really happened on 9/11 on the suspicion that the US government may be behind the attacks. It calls on the U.S. Congress to "demand that the government of President Bush explain the self-inflicted attack on the World Trade Center and its victims, the supposed aircraft that crashed into the Pentagon and the links between the bin Laden family and the Bush family.''

The Bolivarian government must nationalise Sanitarios under workers' control.

In their offensive against the Venezuelan people, the workers and President Chavez the capitalists are trying to strike a blow against the revolution. On November 14, the owner of Sanitarios Maracay announced the closure of the company. This situation is part of the continuous attempts of the boss to break the organisation of the workers and trample their rights over the past few years. The Bolivarian government, and President Chavez cannot allow this new sabotage of the country. Sanitarios Maracay must be nationalised under the control of the workers to allow the development in Venezuela of a socialist economy, democratically planned by the workers and the communities.

On September 7, 2006 the BBC showed a special anniversary program for the anniversary of 911 events. The show was called "911: The TwinTowers". The video is of great significance as you can see and hear the Tower being demolished and hear the sequence of charges.

I just wanted to report that me and two other people did what we could on 9/11/06. We live out in the Gresham/Troutdale area, so the three of us walked up and down 257th near Start St with signs. Every protest that I have ever been to has been downtown so I was not sure what kind of reaction we would get out here in suburbia. We had our share of people yelling at us and middle fingers being thrown our way but overall we got way more honks and cheers. LOS ANGELES, September 11, 2006 – In a recent poll by MSNBC 59% of Americans stated that they did not believe the official government story of the events of September 11, 2001. The grassroots organization, 911truth.org held a day of nationwide demonstrations on the fifth anniversary of September 11, 2001. At ground zero today, thousands gathered to commemorate the tragedy of the 9/11 attacks. Families and relatives of those who died lit candles and signed murals to honor their loved ones. Artwork and collages were on display, as well as large scale photographs of the events surrounding the WTC disaster. Among those present were groups claiming that 9/11 was an inside job, planned and executed by the government.

Following that credo, on September 11, 2006, American women handcuffed and chained themselves to the Afghan Embassy in Washington, DC to protest against Hamid Karzai's oppressive government. A spokeswoman stated that this was "just the start of demonstrations against the Afghan Embassy in Washington to protest President Karzai's illegal imprisonment of innocent Americans and treatment of Afghan women."

George W. Bush is an ordinary human being, in fact a quite stupid one. So are all of his handlers. They are ordinary people, and we have the power, should we choose to use it, to throw them out of our public housing.

Today marks 5 years since September 11th 2001 and the infamous events of that day. Though the U.S. government quickly imposed its story of what happened upon the people of this nation and the world, a trickle of voices asked questions and had doubts. That trickle became a stream and is now a river moving with a power that can no longer be shut up. A significant percentage of the people of the country believe or suspect that the US government had a hand in 9/11. Dr. Robert Bowman, former air force pilot, stated before a large conference audience that at the very least top levels of the U.S. government allowed 9/11 to happen and that is high treason and conspiracy to commit murder and they should be removed from office and incarcerated.

Billionaire philanthropist Jimmy Walter and WTC survivor William Rodriguez this week embarked on a groundbreaking trip to Caracas Venezuela in which they met with with the President of the Assembly and will soon meet with Venezuelan President himself Hugo Chavez in anticipation of an official Venezuelan government investigation into 9/11.

Rodriguez was the last survivor pulled from the rubble of the north tower of the WTC, and was responsible for all stairwells within the tower. Rodriguez represented family members of 9/11 victims and testified to the 9/11 Commission that bombs were in the north tower but his statements were completely omitted from the official record.

Was driving along Belmont and happened to notice a billboard around 28th or so. What a great opportunity to try out my fancy new cellphone with photo capability!

Obviously this message is more important than the usual billboard garbage from the fascists at Clear Channel. I figure this billboard improvement is likely true. I was surprised to learn that 50% of NYC residents believe that Bush and Crew consciously allowed 911 to happen for their own dark purposes.

When some monopolistic dictatorial company like Clear Channel has managed to swindle control of all the billboard space in Portland, then it is inevitable that people will fight back against their dominating control. I would enjoy seeing a new clear channel billboard improved every single day.

On all sides of the political spectrum, limits exist. On the respectable (sic) Right, for example, it's fine to rant and rave about the sanctity of "unborn lives" but not acceptable to post pictures of abortion doctors on your website. The Left, contrary to popular belief, has limits of respectability (sic), too. For example, leftists can get hot and bothered over Bush not reacting to pre-9/11 warnings. However, those who go further and implicate the U.S. government in any way, shape, or form...well, they are banished to realm of "conspiracy theory."

"The seeming paranoia of conspiracy theorists is not necessarily the result of some underlying mental dysfunction or of stupidity," declares Jonathan Vankin, author of "Conspiracies, Cover-Ups, and Crimes." "The dysfunction is with American society, maybe even civilization as a whole. The structure of civilization itself requires mass adherence to faith in the institutions that built civilization and make it run.
